Smooth Travel offers digital travel guides (eBooks) focused on Crete. All products are delivered digitally via email or direct download after purchase.

2. Digital Products

  • Since the products are digital, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical errors (e.g., duplicate payment).

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in local curasies. 

  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.

  • Smooth Travel does not store or have access to your complete payment details.

4. Delivery

  • After successful payment, you will receive your eBook via email or a download link.

  • If you do not receive your product, please contact us at smoothtravelc@gmail.com.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Smooth Travel provides information and travel guides for inspiration and personal planning.

  • We are not a travel agency and do not organize full trips, accommodations, or transport.

  • While we strive for accuracy, Smooth Travel is not liable for any errors, delays, or issues that may arise from using the information in our guides.

  • All content, text, images, and design on our website and in our eBooks are protected by copyright.

Refund Policy Smooth Travel

At Smooth Travel, we sell digital products (eBooks). Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds on Digital Products

  • All sales are final.

  • Once an eBook has been purchased and delivered, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from receiving your eBook (and we cannot resolve it).

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase atsmoothtravelc@gmail.com with your order details.
